    • Why have I never heard of you before? For over a century, our gallery has been based upon word-of-mouth marketing and private appointments. Now available online.
    • Do you have any personalized items? Yes! Your name can be pierced upon this Kiddush Cup. It is also very popular as a gift.
      • How about shipping? Free shipping from Israel, usually takes 1-3 weeks. Read the full policy.
      • Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes. Please share your time table so we can find the best solution to suit your needs. 
      • Do I need to pay tax? If you do, you will see it before checkout.
      • How can I return an item? Contact us within 7 days, a 10% restocking fee applies. Read the full policy
      • Are your products one-of-a-kind? Handmade by a family member in our studio, all of the pieces are a few of a kind.
      • How should I clean it? Use a soft sponge with dish soap and pat dry immediately. Once oxidized, we recommend Silvo polish wadding. DO NOT polish gold-plated areas.
      • What if my item arrives with defects? Highly unlikely, since every piece is wrapped and shipped in a custom built case, but contact us immediately if this happens.
      • What are my payment options? Various credit cards. 
      • Where are you located? Our studio lies in the heart of Jerusalem. 
      • Where can I see the pieces? The online store shows most of our items. In special circumstances, we can schedule a private appointment.
      • What if my item doesn’t arrive on time? If you have not received your order in 4 weeks, contact us.
      • Can you tell me more about your creative process and materials? Materials are detailed in the specifications of every product. You can see us at work here
      • Do I need to immerse your utensils (Toiveled)? No. Only Jews are involved in the process, from making to shipping.
      • Can I make a special order? Share your ideas with us and we will do our best to help.
