Shipping policy

Free shipping applies to all of our products. Most items arrive within a week.

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email from notification from us with a tracking number so you can check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within a week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@yemini.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If your order contains a gift, please add a note in the shopping cart. We will print out your blessing on our greeting card and attach it to the order.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time for personalized items is up to 10 business days, and depends on your final approval.

Refunds and returns

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping costs will be covered entirely by the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us immediately at info@yemini.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
