This set was designed in 1989 and made of sterling silver and gold-plated silver, measuring 4½” by 3”.

The apparent Kiddush cup dismantles into a three-piece set with all the necessary elements for the Havdalah ritual ceremony. This ceremony takes place at the close of the Sabbath, marking the line between the holy day of rest and the new week. The ceremony involves the lighting of a special braided candle, the partaking of wine from the wine goblet, and the sniffing of spices or herbs from the spice container.
